We taught her to use only one finger to touch the gifts under the tree and she has been doing great leaving them intact and under the tree. Since we encouraged her to rip into her birthday present (it did take a lot of prompting) she thinks all presents are fair game and we have been retraining all day "One finger Madi, one finger!"
