Birthday Lists

The kids have been into birthdays of late. They had cousins with birthdays in February and friends with birthdays in March and of course everyone had parties. They also like to talk about their current age and how old they will be "next time" showing me on their fingers. When they say they want something I always say "maybe you can ask for it for your birthday." So, today during snack time they made birthday lists.

Noah's list:
New shovel (cause his red one is broken)
Wheelbarrow
Jackhammer
Green Gator to ride on
Bulldozer
Kite

Shiloh's List:
Princess book ( she would not be more specific)
Kite
Cake (she wants to eat it too)
Pink Car (she did want a pink gator but then decided gators are for boys)

Then they helped me make a list for Madeline:
Pink shovel (noah wanted her to have a blue one cause he thought she was a boy but then changed his mind when I said that she was a girl)
Pink Mangnetdoodle drawing thingy
Little Pink car
